リゾートホテルとしては普通レベルです、接客は笑顔でとても親切でgoodです、お部屋にソファとかあると更に良いと思います。 シャワーが溫水にならず、2回も點検してもらいました、設備は古いですね。

A lot has changed since our 2020 visit at the start of pandemic outbreak. Some structures are taken down resulting to a more spacious looking resort. They need to improve breakfast from plated to buffet considering that the resort is fully booked. Resort can increase breakfast price from 400Php(plated) to 600Php (buffet) per person if needed. A very good breakfast with family is a must for a family outing and bonding where we can stay longer and share stories. Improve the communication between 3rd party booking site and hotel. We had some issues on number breakfast allocated which will surely affect mood and mind of vacationeers.

已經有7年冇嚟過呢間酒店， 房間略有翻新不過仍然好殘舊， 衛生環境一般進餐時好多小昆蟲 希望下次再嚟會有改善

The service is excellent. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The location is a bit of a challenge since it is secluded but the view of the ocean sunrise is breathtaking. Overall, the physical facility needs an overhaul and is a bit outdated. Some tiles in the pool 12ft pool are missing which can cause bruises to the swimmers. Most of the washrooms and shower rooms need an upgrade. I hope the towels will be replaced with some new ones soon.

7월에 리오픈 했어서 그런지 시설이 노후가 된 느낌이 너무 들었네요. 손님도 주말인데 없어서 한적하게 놀기는 좋았으나 룸서비스 음식도 안되는게 많고 시설 관리가 안돼서 좀 많이 수리를 해야 될듯~ 직원들은 친절하나 리조트안에 매점이나 마켓도 없는데 외부음식은 물외에는 금지여서 먹을경우는 외부음식가격의 50%를 룸서비스 금액에 포함 된다고 함. 몰래가져가서 방안에서 몰래 먹음 -ㅁ-;;; 예전에 방문했을때는 조식도 세미뷔페 식이였는데 올해부터는 그냥 주문하는거였음. AmericanBreakfast 등 같은 음식 주문임. 허접함 ㅠㅠ 그대신 체크인시 받는 보증금이 없음. 디럭스룸은 방이 너무 작은 느낌 답답함. 에어컨 연식이 너무 옛날 연식임 그런 모델이 아직도 존재하는지 첨 알았음. 벽을 뚥고 설치된 Panasonic 에어컨 . 에어컨 소리 너무 너무 큼 . 벽뚥은 틈으로 개미들 막 들어옴. 모기 너무 많음 체크아웃 할때 복도 벽에 새끼손가락만한 바퀴벌레 벽으로 기어다니는것 봄 ㅜㅜ 기절하는줄 알았음, 날라다님... 예전에는 한적함과 깨끗함을 때문에 다녔는데 이제는 그런게 없네요. 시설은 너무 노후 돼고 벌레도 많고 안돼는 것도 많고 룸서비스 비용은 카드로 결제 하려고 했더니 카드결제 안됀다고 헐;;;; 달러도 안받고.... 현금 2천페소만 있어서 그거 제외 하고 나머지는 카드결제 하려했더니 Only Cash 란 말에 좌...절.... 100달러 있어서 그럼 그거로는 결제 가능하냐 했더니 그것도 no... 우리가 어떻게 해야 되나 싶어서 머뭇 거리니 그때서야 카드단말기 가져와서 결제함. 아....놔.... 이건 무슨~~~~ 아마도 이제는 세부 PCR 과는 굿바이를 해야될듯~
